Snapdragon 888 or Snapdragon 865
As already said, the company manager said that the Moto Edge S will come with an 800 family processor, but did not specify which exactly. Sources believe it to be the Snapdragon 888, which would give the smartphone powerful performance in order to compete with other powerful models on the market.
If this happens, the Moto Edge S will be able to run any application or game from the Google Play Store, as this is the most powerful chip presented by Qualcomm.
However, the processor in question could also be the Snapdragon 865, released in the first quarter of 2020, as this chip is expected to also be in the Moto G Nio, another model that should be released by the manufacturer sometime this year.
