Anthem problem will be fixed next week, says BioWare

Recently, players have started reporting on forums that the game Anthem causes the PlayStation 4 to turn off completely, as if it had been unplugged. Until then, BioWare had not proposed any solution to the issue, but via a tweet, the company's head of online games, Chad Robertson, revealed that the solution is close.

According to him, the team has successfully identified "various causes" that cause some consoles to be crashing and promised a patch with a fix for next week.

Robertson says that so far, BioWare has not found any indication that Anthem has disabled a console to the point where it can no longer be fixed.

Anyway, the best alternative is to wait for the patch, as abruptly shutting down a computer may not be the best alternative.
