Lenovo, Electronic Arts Inc. (EA) and Respawn Entertainment have announced Lenovo Legion as the exclusive supplier of PCs and displays for the Apex Legends Global Series - the official eSports program for Apex Legends.
This eSports program is based on the multiple experiences for The Game Awards "Multiplayer Game of 2019". As the world's largest PC manufacturer, Lenovo is committed to providing high-performance hardware for top-tier competitive gaming experiences.
Lenovo will provide more than 200 high-performance Lenovo Legion desktops and monitors for all Apex Legends Global Series Majors, ensuring that the world's best gamers will play with some of the best gaming equipment in existence.
One of the ways to qualify for the Apex Legends Global Series Majors - the highest level of competition - is by competing in Online Tournaments. Then the online gaming elite will advance to local Challenger events or regional Premier events to showcase their skills in competition with increasingly talented gamers.
Only the best players in the world will make it to the Apex Legends Global Series Majors and, ultimately, the Apex Legends Global Series Championship, where they will be welcomed with the Lenovo Legion gear they will use in the fiercest competition.
The Lenovo Legion T730 desktop features very powerful configurations, with up to 9700K Intel® Core™ i7 9th Gen overclocked processors and supercharged NVIDIA® GeForce® RTX™ 2070 Super GPUs, cooled at maximum efficiency by Lenovo Coldfront 2.0 with Liquid Cooling.
Lenovo Legion Y25 monitors feature 144HZ refresh rates for near-instant response in the heat of battle, as well as enhancing the sharpness of images and other details during gameplay.
