    Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War gets patched with fixes for Zombies Mode

    Treyarch has released a new patch for Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War, trying to offer timely and specific fixes in Zombies mode. Recently, some players complained about bugs that were spoiling the experience in the famous mode of the franchise, which made the developer turn its attention to fixing such problems.

    The new update is focused on fixes to the Firebase Z map and should resolve issues such as bugs and crashes, as well as offering other improvements to multiplayer, making the game more enjoyable overall.



    Multiplayer fixes

    The new Black Ops Cold War patch has slightly reduced the penalties for jumping speed and height when landing from a jump. Also in multiplayer, Treyarch fixed the issue that caused a Care Package helicopter to not be destroyed after being hit by a missile launcher.

    The company even fixed a rare bug that was being reported in Gunfight mode.

    Zombies mode fixes

    The patch released by Treyarch is meant to fix the issues with the latest game content. Firebase Z map is here to show a new stage of Zombies Mode, putting players to fight the dead in the Vietnamese jungle.

    In Zombies, the update fixed crashes in several elements of the title, such as Jump Pads, Tombstone Soda, Essence Traps, Assault Rounds, Hellhounds and the Mimic in Firebase Z. A bug that allowed it to be possible to reach the top of the Fire Control Unit on Defensive Lines has also been fixed and should no longer occur.


    In addition, the patch also removed the issue that caused Omega to not be able to use its secondary attack correctly. The bug that showed medals with wrong information was also removed from the game.
