Developed by Activision, the smartphone game Call of Duty: Mobile has been getting amazing performance since its launch. The game earned approximately $87 million in microtransaction revenue and over 172 million downloads in its first two months, according to SensorTower.

The first-person shooter, developed by Tencent in partnership with Activision, reached 100 million downloads in just one week. Obviously the pace slowed down and in November the title was downloaded 21 million times in November, against approximately 146 million in October.

The title proved to be the most popular mobile game in the US, reaching 28,5 million downloads (16,6% of all games). India ranked second with 17,5 million (10,2%) installs and Spain ranked third with 12 million downloads (7%).

The Android store, Google Play generated the most downloads, with 52% of the total. The App Store obtained 48% of the total installs of Call of Duty: Mobile. But despite the greater number of downloads belonging to Google's operating system, the revenue generated by iOS users was higher, reaching 59,2% of the total, against 40,7% for Android.

In terms of revenue generation for Call of Duty: Mobile, the US comes out in first place with 42% of the total ($36 million). In second place is the land of the rising sun, Japan, with US$11 million (13,2%), while Great Britain was in third place with 3% (US$2,6 million).
