[Castlevania: Grimoire of Souls] Mobile game has trailer revealed during TGS 2019

Castlevania is a classic game of many years and with several productions, having more than thirty episodes, remakes, spin-offs, pachinko/slot and even a reboot in three acts. Despite all this, the game has not yet returned to "traditional" media, apart from the compilations of nostalgic versions. Then, last year, a mobile version of the work was revealed, called Castlevania: Grimoire of Souls and since the announcement nothing more has been said about the game.

Grimoire of Souls, made in 2.5D, went through closed tests on the iOS operating system until May 2018, but should debut for the Android OS later this year 2019. To play, we will have available the characters Alucard, Simon Belmont, Charlotte Aulin, Maria Renard and Shanoa, each possessing unique abilities.

According to what was revealed in the trailer, it will be possible to play in cooperative mode (multiplayer) throughout the stages with up to four players. It was also shown the option to play a story mode, where the central character is the secret agent Genya Arikado. He appeared in Castlevania: Aria of Sorrow and Castlevania: Daw of Sorrow.

In Grimoire of Souls, during the story, Genya receives a letter with sayings that suggest that Dracula will be resurrected. From there, the investigator will need to unravel the entanglements around the plan to prevent the great villain from returning to life. So far, there is still no information about Soma Cruz (the protagonist of the two games mentioned above) being "playable" in the mobile game.

Apparently, according to the broadcast made by the Konami studio, it will be possible to control in certain sections Alucard, Maria and Charlotte. It is also possible to assume that there is a way to customize the characters, as their clothes change over the scenes.
