The end of the year is coming and to give a taste of the new year, nothing better than announcing new games that will be available in January next year. That's what Sony did on its blog by revealing what's in store for gamers on the Playstation Now platform next month. Starting January 2nd, PS Now subscribers will have access to Horizon Zero Dawn, Uncharted: The Lost Legacy and Overcooked 2.

Games available on PS Now in January

The games mentioned above will be available to stream and download on PS Now along with over 800 games for PS4, PS3 and PS2. The service works by using the cloud to store titles and related content for users to play original Playstation 2, Playstation 3 and Playstation 4 titles via stream on PS4 and PC.

Horizon Zero Dawn

Horizon Zero Dawn, developed by the studio Guerrilla Games, was released in early 2017 for the Playstation 4 platform. This year, the game has sold over 10 million copies, showing its great success. The title's plot is based on a post-apocalyptic futuristic setting 1000 years in the future, where gigantic mechanized creatures dominate the world.

The main character, controlled by the player, is Aloy, a hunter who survives through her skills of speed, cunning and agility.

Uncharted: The Lost Legacy

Uncharted: The Lost Legacy, developed by the studio Naughty Dog, was released in late 2017 for the Playstation 4 platform. The game was released just over a year after Uncharted 4: A Thief's End and ends up following the story line of the predecessor. The plot begins sometime after the fourth title of the series, telling about Chloe's past, which at the moment aims to find the Fang of Ganesha in the Western Ghats of India.

Overcooked 2

Overcooked 2, developed by studios Team17 and Ghost Town Games, was released in late 2018 for the Playstation 4, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch and PC platforms. The game is a cooking simulator where actions are done cooperatively (with up to four players on each team). The title consists of chopping and cooking ingredients by combining them to create one and serving dishes.
