    Control gets release forecast

Remedy Entertainment's new game has already received a release window. According to a report by Game Informer, the arrival of Control is expected to take place in the winter of 2019 (summer in the northern hemisphere).

It is worth mentioning that the developer had revealed that the title would be available later this year, however, did not give further details on the matter.

The winter period takes place between July and September here. So, we're not that far away, and it's quite likely that new announcements about the game will start to appear through Remedy and publisher 505 Games.

The game should arrive in winter.

Remedy, in a recent interview, said that the title will not feature microtransactions and will not feature any multiplayer components. Even so, DLCs are planned for the experience.

Mikael Kasurine, game director, said that Control's proposal is focused on single-player.

    About the game

The game tells the story of Jesse Faden, a woman who tries to find answers to supernatural phenomena that occur around her. The title puts the player in charge of Faden's abilities, such as levitation and telekinesis, as she has a third-person shooter scheme.

Control also marks Remedy's return as a cross-platform game developer after nearly a decade developing exclusively for Xbox.

The game will be released for PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC.
