Diablo 4 and Overwatch 2 have been delayed indefinitely by Activision Blizzard. Previously, the titles were expected to launch in 2022, being two of the most anticipated games of the company. The postponement comes at the worst moment in Blizzard's history, as the company goes through controversies involving sexual abuse and toxic behaviors.
Blizzard took advantage of the investor presentation to announce that Diablo 4 and Overwatch 2 will not arrive within the previously stipulated date. The company believes that the delay will be beneficial for the future of the bonds.
"We believe that giving teams extra time to complete production and continue to grow their creative resources to support titles after launch will ensure these games delight and engage their communities for many years to come."

Jen Oneal is out of business
Three months after taking over Blizzard, after J. Allen Brack's resignation, Jen Oneal is also leaving the company. Oneal stated that he is going on a quest to find new ways to improve diversity in the industry.
Recently, Activision Blizzard has already lost other professionals such as Jonathan LeCraft, designer de World of Warcraft.
Diablo 4 already lost director and designer
In August 2021, Diablo 4 ran into problems with losing the director Luis Barriga and designer Jesse McCree. In a statement to Polygon, Activision Blizzard valued its team of professionals.
