    About the game

DOOM Eternal is a first-person shooter game developed by id Software and published by Bethesda Softworks, it is the fifth main game in the series. It is a direct sequel to Doom (2016), which continues in the same vein as its predecessor, where the game encourages the player to attack enemies in an aggressive and frantic way. The player can, throughout history, use weapons such as the Combat Shotgun, Super Shotgun, Heavy Cannon, Rocket Launcher, Plasma Rifle, BFG 9000 and Ballista.

Doom Eternal was developed as a continuation of the story of the last title released in the franchise and this time shows Earth ruled by creatures from hell. Once again, it's up to the hunter, the game's protagonist, to end all demons and save the future of humanity.

Doom is a game franchise considered as one of the pioneers in first-person shooter games. It was one of the first games to introduce IBM computers to the use of 3D graphics, third-dimensional spatiality, online multiplayer.

Originally released in the year 1993, the series of games developed by id Software initially arrived for MS-DOS. A year later, in 1994, was where the game began to gain more fame, as that was when it debuted on the Mega Drive platform (Sega Genesis). Since its debut, the Doom franchise has sold over 10 million copies.

Doom Eternal was released on March 19 for Steam and on March 20 for Google Stadia, Playstation 4 and Xbox One. The Nintendo Switch video game will also receive, but there is no set date yet.
