Fallout 76 is free to play on PS4 this weekend

Due to the increasing outbreaks of Coronavirus (COVID-19), several companies in the gaming industry are making several games available for free. This is the case of Fallout 76, which is being made available for free from today (14) until May 18 on Playstation 4. It will be possible to test the title in its entirety, including its expansion, Wastelanders.

According to a tweet from the official Fallout account, the title will be available from today at 13 pm ET until the 18th at the same time.

"From Thursday - May 14th - May 18th, come experience all that #Wastelanders has to offer during #Fallout76 is free to play over the weekend.

Start: May 14 at 13 pm (Brasilia time)

End: May 18 at 13 pm (Brasilia time)"

For PS4 players who already own the game, the Bethesda studio will make users have double XP during the offer period mentioned above. This is an attempt by the company to get both those who know and those who don't know the title to play it.

About Fallout 76

Released in late 2018 by Bethesda Game Studios, Fallout 76 is an action role-playing game (Action RPG). The title is the studio's first multiplayer game and arrived on Playstation 4, Xbox One and PC platforms. Its plot takes place in an open world that was destroyed by a nuclear war.

In Fallout 76, players have the option to play individually or in groups of up to 3 people. In the game there is an open world, called Appalachia, which is 4 times larger than the present in Fallout 4.

This year 2020, in the month of April, Fallout 76 received the Wastelanders expansion.
