During the ChinaJoy event (China Digital Entertainment Expo & Conference) Sony demonstrated an exclusive game for Playstation 4, Genshin Impact, a Chinese game that apparently plagiarized The Legend of Zelda: Breath of Wild. This caused a huge uproar from Nintendo fans during the conference, generating several reactions.
In the midst of several expressions of hatred for the company that developed the new exclusive game for Sony, the most shocking was a fan simply breaking his PS4 on the ground. According to gaming industry analyst Daniel Ahmad, some Zelda hobbyists are of the view that Sony is having a "shameless" attitude toward pushing the exclusive game forward.
When Mihoyo unveiled Genshin Impact for PS4, many noted the game was inspired by BOTW.
Some fans of BOTW are upset that Sony is promoting this game because of the similarities + they think it’s shameless of Sony.

However, the aforementioned act was not the only one and the Genshin Impact booth was vilified by various gestures from fans with Nintendo Switch in hand and Breath of The Wild game packaging.
There is no denying that the games have many points in common, with great similarity. The arts were very similar, the gameplay too, the layout of the interface information, that is, the story and the characters only changed. It's not the first time that Chinese people have done this kind of thing, but this time it took a classic game that it shouldn't, thus causing the fury of many fans.
