Riot Games has already announced that it is working on a mobile version of League of Legends to compete with the growing mobile MOBAs. Mobile games have grown so much that in Spain the most played game is Free Fire, an online multiplayer shooter game, already with an official competitive scenario.
League of Legends, PC MOBA, has around 200 active players in Spain and is one of the biggest and most important names in esports in the world. But how to put 14 gigs of content in a mobile game? The first gameplay footage of this Riot project has already been leaked.

In addition to the aesthetic aspects, the format of the game should be maintained, but at a faster and more dynamic pace. A LoL match takes an average of 30 to 50 minutes, applying this to a mobile game is impractical. Therefore, the compact version should speed up the level and gold gain step so that it lasts about 15 minutes a match, just like other mobile MOBAs. The server will obviously not be integrated with the computer game precisely for these reasons, in addition to the fact that the gameplay with a mouse and keyboard is much better than on a touchscreen.
There is no release forecast for the new version of LoL, but it is known that it should be this year. In Spain, however, we must bear in mind that the launch may take even longer, since this type of game is tested and released first in Asia normally, and then comes to western servers.
