It was revealed by a reliable source clues to the possible debut date of characters like Itto, Shenhe and Yae Miko. The leaker (person who reveals information before official announcements) already has several confirmed leaks, including Raiden Shogun. The latest information revealed by this person tells us that Itto and Shenhe will be released in update 2.4, while Yae Miko will be released in 2.5.

According to leaked information from Genshin, Arataki Itto and Shenhe should appear in update 2.4, far from the current 2.1. Itto appears to be a claymore wielder and will likely be a 5 star character when it comes out.
