Ghosts will be on the loose: New stuff pack will bring fear to The Sims 4

2021 is off to a scary start for The Sims 4 fans. Electronic Arts and Maxis have announced that The Sims 4 will get a Supernatural Stuff Pack, bringing fear into the life sim.

In the spirit of horror - if that's possible in The Sims - the Supernatural Stuff Pack will be frighteningly fun and will bring new possibilities for Simmers, including ways to play with the afterlife.

With the Supernatural Collection, Sims will need to live with "companions" from beyond on new lots that are haunted. During the night, things will get tense and the ghosts may decide to cause mischief and create havoc in Sims' lives. To deal with the situation, it will be possible to carry out a mediumistic session to summon Guinho the Phantom. Guinho will give Sims advice so they know how to live comfortably and peacefully in a house haunted by playful spirits and frightening occurrences. In addition to Guinho, Sims will also be able to summon Ossilda, a skeletal maid who will help with household chores.

With unwanted guests creating fear and confusion, Sims may try to talk to the dead to calm them down. It will be possible to try to send them away or simply allow them to stay in the house and spread scares during the nights.

Players will also be able to master the new Psychic skill to impress Guinho and then get his paranormal investigation license. With this license, Sims can help others less experienced with the spirit world, helping them to deal with supernatural problems and restore order in the house.

When the collection arrives

The Supernatural Stuff Pack is coming to The Sims 4 on January 26th for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC. On computers, the content will be available via Origin and Steam.
