Initially, Google had announced for its Stadia console 12 titles for its debut today. The console focused on streaming games through the cloud, after complaints of offering few titles at the launch of the video game, will have almost twice as many games compared to what was previously promised. 10 more games will be added, with a total of 22 games available to play. Among the new titles added are Football Manager 2020 and NBA 2K2020.
If you consider that Microsoft, which will also soon launch its game streaming service, xCloud, offers more than 50 titles, Google should really do something not to receive criticism. Phil Harrison, responsible for Stadia said:
"Maybe we were a little conservative in our prediction last week and (most importantly) our partners did an excellent job, managing to work out the latest kinks and pass tests"
Yes, we were perhaps a little conservative in our forecast last week and (most importantly) our partners did an awesome job getting last few kinks ironed out and through testing.
