The Legends of Runeterra game is a title based on the League of Legends universe. In it, we have something similar to what happens in Hearthstone, developed by Blizzard, which takes place in the Warcraft universe, although, of course, there are also big differences between the games.
Riot games is opening the open beta of Legends of Runterra
At the moment, the game's developer is opening the open beta version of the title for anyone who wants to try it out. The game is part of one of many new features revealed by Riot Games last year due to the 10th anniversary of League of Legends.
In the beta version, features that have not yet been seen will be offered, such as the first ranked game season, which will last until launch, a friends list, the option to challenge a friend and the new boards and guardians.
This beta patch will include updates for over 20 cards, including a major update for Anivia.
Here's what you need to know to participate in the Legends of Runterra open beta program.
How to play Legends of Runeterra beta
In previous testing periods, it was necessary for players participating in the beta program to have access to a League of Legends PBE account and it was not certain that everyone would participate, due to the limited number of test spots. However, now the beta version of the card game will be open to everyone.
To gain access, the user will have to access the Legends of Runeterra website and select the "Pre-Register to Play" button located at the top right of the screen.
Note: If you already have a Riot account, you can now register to play.
If you don't have a Riot account, select the "Pre-Register to Play" button and then the "Create One" button.
When will open beta version of Legends of Runeterra debut?
The open beta of Legends of Runeterra will be made available by Riot Games on January 24th. Those who have already played the first two beta versions will have access to the new version a day earlier.
The open beta registration deadline is January 20th.
