League of Legends: Wild Rift, RIOT discloses minimum requirements to play

One of the video game companies that entered Android very strongly was Riot Games. The creators of the popular League of Legends announced a few months ago the release of several titles for mobile devices.

Since then, Teamfight Tactics and later Legends of Runeterra have hit the Play Store, proving to be very fun games to play. But what about the original League of Legends? Riot is working on a version designed for mobile devices called League of Legends: Wild Rift. And now we know that you can play even if your mobile is very basic.

In the last few hours, an error occurred in the Google Play Store that notified several users that League of Legends: Wild Rift was available for download. Wait! Don't rush to Google Play as League of Legends for Android is still a long way off for everyone.

This was announced by the game's creators, who took the opportunity to report on some extra details. One of the most important is the minimum requirements to play League of Legends: Wild Rift.

Hi guys! This is the Wild Rift team. We hope everyone is well. ✨

We have information about our page on the Google Play Store. We've heard about some weird experiences and we're here to clear it up.

You won't need to switch smartphones to play LoL. The information brought by the developer was that you just need a device with a Snapdragon 410 processor (Adreno 306) and only 1,5 GB of RAM to play.

This means that the owner of a Motorola Moto G4 will be able to play LoL: Wild Rift, remembering that it is 2020 and the current generation is the Moto G8. I believe that currently anyone looking to have a smartphone for games, has at least twice the recommended configuration for the game.

In addition, it was informed that to play on devices with OS, an iPhone 6 or higher is enough to join the game.

It is important to consider, however, that the fact that the game works with less powerful smartphones does not mean that if you have a more modern mobile phone, you will not be able to enjoy the game better, as it is to be expected that, as than the original title, we will certainly be able to change the graphics settings within the game for a better experience.

RIOT also announced that in the next alpha release, the requirements will be higher, which is natural since the optimization process is usually carried out until the final stages of development. At the end of the month, we will know more details about this game. But the Alpha phase of the game will be held here in Spain and the Philippines. So stay tuned, everything indicates that we will receive the game before everyone else.
