LG Electronics of Spain announced today that the Twitch application will be exclusively on the brand's televisions. This was due to a partnership made with the game streaming platform and the South Korean company to bring a differentiated experience during live game broadcasts. The novelty will be present in UHD, NanoCell and OLED models that have the WebOS 3.5 operating system or higher.
According to the general manager of TV products at LG, Igor Krauniski, the gamer market was one of the ones that had the most significant growth during the quarantine forced by the Coronavirus (COVID-19). With this integration, the company intends to bring more benefits to its users and make it a differentiator against the competition.
