Meet Mayhem, Fortnite's new Borderlands-inspired event

Recently, Epic Games in partnership with Gearbox created an event for Fortnite, a Battle Royale game. The event, called Mayhem, was based on Borderlands and will have its graphics modified to look like hand-drawn art. The map where the battles took place was based on Pandora and promises a lot of fun for players.

The event will feature special cosmetics, new skins, new challenges and new rewards. There will also be one more attempt to balance the GROSS robot, where there will be a nerf to the mecha.

BRUTE (or BRUTE) has been appearing in several promotional images of the new season made by Epic Games for the tenth season of the game, becoming one of the main highlights of the new update. The machine consists of a robot that can be piloted to give greater power to the user in the middle of a battle, being possible to move with great agility and cause great damage at the same time. The big problem is that the mecha is simply able to subtract the player's health from 200 to zero instantly. To make life even more difficult for the participants in the battle, the robot has a life of 1000 points (5x greater than the life of regular player characters).
