More than 350 Apex Legends PC players have been banned

Game studio Apex Legends was responsible for banning 355 cheaters in the PC version of the game. Via a post on the game's official sub-Reddit, Respawn Community Manager Jay Frechette commented on the studio's stance against cheating in Apex Legends.

According to Frechette, the Easy-Anti-Cheat service has collaborated in the fight against cheaters, but the studio will continue to adapt and remain vigilant. "We take betrayal very seriously and care deeply about the health of Apex Legends for all players," Frechette wrote.

He further said that Respawn will soon add an in-game reporting feature in the PC version of Apex Legends that connects directly with Easy-Anti-Cheat, which should help with cheater tracking and banning.

To top it off, the studio is increasing the anti-cheat team to dedicate more resources and remedy the issue. It was not mentioned that the reporting system will come to PlayStation 4 and Xbox One. However, it is believed that it may also be available for consoles.

It is worth mentioning that in the first two weeks of Apex Legends, Respawn has already banned more than 16 thousand cheaters. Players can report cheaters through the Electronic Arts website and fill out a form.
