Players confuse gameplay with bugs in World of Warcraft Classic

World of Warcraft Classic, available in beta, is a game that aims to offer something close to the MMORPG in its first version, when it was released in 2005.

It is a game that is generating a lot of nostalgia for many players, but there is a problem. As each one has a different memory of the same scene or functionality from when they played in the past and the memory is not always faithful to what really happened. This ends up generating some confusion about what is or is not a bug in the game since it is in beta.

With that in mind, Blizzard has created a post with a "not a bug" list outlining where World of Warcraft Classic works as it should and is not suffering from any bugs.

      Some examples:

      •         "Tauren's hitboxes and physical attack range are slightly superior to other races"
      •         "Feared players and NPCs run faster"
      •         "Standing on top of another player facing the opposite direction allows attacks and spells to be used."

World of Warcraft Classic will launch for PC on August 27th and the beta test will begin this Wednesday. Even though it is a new game, it is not classified as a remake but a classic version that was made based on the World of Warcraft servers during version 1.12 (approximately in the year 2005).
