With the month of August coming to an end, PlayStation console owners are already eager to find out what games will be offered by PS Plus in September.
As usual, some leaks are already circulating on the internet, but with rumors already discarded, including by developers, while another possible game had its release revealed just for october.
If new rumors don't surface on the internet, this could be a month where players won't have any kind of guess, hunch or leak to wait on PlayStation Plus, which makes somewhat unusual occasion.
Discarded rumors cast doubt on PlayStation Plus
Jett: The Far Shore
According to the insider Nick Baker, known for disclosing accurate information, the title Jett: The Far Shore could be one of the games offered on September's PlayStation Plus.
However, the space exploration game has gained its release date, revealing that it will only be available to players on the 5 October. The date obviously rules out the title as one of next month's PS Plus names. Furthermore, the game is already on pre-order, which also makes the game unlikely to be offered to subscribers in October.

The Medium
The Medium emerged as a strong possibility to appear in September's Plus, after the leak of an alleged image of PlayStation Portugal.
released as Xbox timed exclusive, The Medium would certainly arrive with hype on Sony's service. However, some time after the rumor surfaced, the Bloober Team, the game's developer, confirmed that the information was false, stating that the title will not be on September's PlayStation Plus.

In the alleged leak of PlayStation de Portugal, the titles Haven e Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 1+2 appeared alongside The Medium, thus completing the list of games for the month of September.
With the information about The Medium being confirmed to be false, we can obviously also conclude that the other titles in the image are in the same situation.

With the rumors discarded, the titles offered by PlayStation Plus in September will arrive as complete surprises, unless in these last few days before the announcement some new leak occurs.
