In addition to the PT-BR localization, other interesting news were also announced. Dragonite's arrival as a playable character is also featured. Dragon and Flying-type Pokémon will be added to the game on the day December 20.
Christmas events
The game will receive three special events to celebrate at Christmas, with two happening on the same days, while one will be shorter.
Snowball Battle: Available from December 15th to January 16th, the event will feature battles on ice, turning Pokémon into snowmen. To top it off, wild Pokémon on the city's central route will make room for Articuno, the legendary Pokémon.
Illumination Challenge: Also available between December 15th and January 16th, this event will see players face a festive tree with daily quest and challenge lights.
Photo Challenge: Starting later and ending early, this event will be available between December 24th and January 6th. At the event, the art will be completed with snowflakes.
