Project CARS 3 is revealed by trailer

Project CARS is a car racing simulator, the first game caught a lot of public attention due to the extreme level of graphic realism that the game brought to both the PC platform and Microsoft and Sony consoles.

Project CARS 2 continued where the first title left something to be desired, improving some mechanics and adding new content to the game, such as climate control and dynamic weather during races.

Today, June 3rd, SlightlyMad Studios released the trailer for the third game in the franchise, and thus announced to everyone what will be the next title of its super realistic simulator.

What we could see during this trailer is that there will now be even more customization of the cars that players buy during career mode progress. The video description also points to the addition of player character trait modifications, something that has been seen and implemented in games in the Forza series, more specifically Forza Motosport 7 and Forza Horizon 4.

How the character customization system will be implemented is still uncertain, after all there was no mention or image about it that appeared in the official launch trailer.

    Release date and availability

The launch is planned to take place in summer 2020, which means we should see it already available for purchase in September, with the possibility of releasing before that date yet.

There was no mention of its availability on the newest PlayStation 5 platforms or Xbox Series X, but we believe that the studio would not fail to bring its newest game to the new generation consoles.
