There are versions of PlayerUnknown's Battlegrounds, better known as PUBG, that were developed for platforms with devices with weak hardware to run the normal version of the game. However, unfortunately PUBG Lite, the PC version of the game aimed at low-cost computers, will be closed on April 29th. On March 30, new downloads were blocked on the official website.
The company behind PUBG Mobile, Krafton, didn't say exactly why the game is being discontinued. Check out what was said in the statement published on the official website below:
"We are deeply grateful for the passion and support of the incredible number of PUBG LITE fans who have been with us. During the difficult times of the COVID-19 pandemic, we hope that PUBG LITE has been able to provide our fans with a fun way to keep up. insurance.
Unfortunately, after much deliberation, we made the difficult decision to end the service and it was time for our journey to end. We regret to inform you that the PUBG LITE service is scheduled to end on April 29, 2021 (UTC)."
PUBG Mobile Lite will not end
Although the PC version of PUBG Lite will end at the end of April 2021, PUBG Mobile Lite will remain unchanged and will continue to be available for Android smartphones.
