Replica of LEGO's NES (Nintendinho) console is revealed with price and release date!

Yesterday there was a leak of images and information about the release of a replica made of Lego of the Nintendo Entertainment System console (NES or popularly called Nintendinho). On the same day, LEGO, through its official profile on the social network Twitter, posted a short video confirming the information through the message "Are you ready to play like never before?" and of a dark image with the outline of the company's next release that will be revealed soon. Now, the company has officially announced the product with price, images and release date, confirming that the leaked information was correct.

LEGO Nintendo Entertainment System Creative Lead Maarten Simons says:

"Super Mario has been a beloved figure in the gaming world for over thirty years. Many adults still fondly remember the first time they saw Mario jump across the small screen, even though the graphics were much simpler than they are today. With the LEGO Nintendo Entertainment System, we let them really indulge in that nostalgia, recreating one of the most beloved consoles of all time, so they can see the Super Mario of their childhood all over again - and even share the experience of playing on the 1980s with their own children."

The interesting thing is that through the crank, a panel made of Lego is moved on the screen of an old tube TV (also made of Lego), giving the impression that the character Mario moves on the screen. To make it even more fun, you can fit Mario from the boardgame announced in early April to the top of the lego TV. Both the Lego Mario boardgame and the NES console Lego replica (Nintendinho) will be released on August 1st. Availability and release

The replica made of Lego from the Nintendo Entertainment System console (NES or popularly called Nintendinho) will be released on August 1st for US$229 and it is already possible to activate the notice on the LEGO website to buy it.
