Riot Forge announces Conv/rgence: A League of Legends Story, game based on the LoL universe

During The Game Awards, the newly created game publisher, Riot Forge, announced a new title for the League of Legends (LoL) universe, Conv/rgence: A League of Legends Story. Riot Forge is responsible for partnering with third-party studios to develop new games within the LoL world.

Conv/rgence: A League of Legends Story revolves around a character named Ekko, a scientist who has figured out how to travel back in time seconds later. The game was made for solo play, where our inventor will explore the streets of an underground city called Zaun, which is infested with crime and pollution.

The studio responsible for developing the game is Double Stallion Games. According to those responsible for the project, the title will be released for consoles and for the PC platform. Unfortunately, it was not mentioned for which video games specifically the game will be released, but it is believed that it will be at least for Playstation 4 and Xbox One.

Double Stallion Games said in a Twitter post:

Riot Games, responsible for Riot Forge, is currently working on a fighting game, an action ROG and a card game within the League of Legends universe, Legends of Runeterra, as well as an IP first-person shooter game.
