GTA V was officially released by Rockstar Games in the year 2013 and surprised players by bringing realistic graphics and using all the processing power of the new generation of consoles at the time, being the PS4 and Xbox One, manufactured by Sony and Microsoft, respectively. Since then, the developer has made new updates to the game, thus fixing problems found in the online version and inserting new add-ons through DLCs, such as missions, vehicles and more.
The expectation for the last event held by Rockstar was for the company to officially announce the arrival of 'Grand Theft Auto VI', which has been awaiting players for 7 years. The new game did not arrive, but the developer informed that it will update the map in the online mode, which has received a new area that can be explored by players.

The novelty is an island called 'Cayo Perico Heist', which can be used to carry out new missions in multiplayer mode. A bulletin made available on the Rockstar portal informed that the location will be used for an exclusive event: O Golpe de Cayo Perico, which will be released on the day December 15.
The invasion can be fully customized, being possible to choose the weapons, team, vehicles and the tactics that will be used.
"[...] It's up to you how to invade Cayo Perico, one of the most secure private islands in the entire world. Neutralize or hide from the heavily armed forces on site and escape with valuable evidence, in addition to all works of art, gold and cash you can carry."
In addition, the update brings new environments for social interaction in the fictional world of Los Santos and more than 100 songs that will be played on local radios.
