Runes with special powers come to PUBG Mobile - New season is coming

On Tuesday (12), PUBG Mobile received a new update that brought news to the game. With the att 1.2. Erangel's map has received special otherworldly runes that give players abilities.

In the new rune-themed mode, PUBG Mobile players can explore a different version of Erangel, with the ability to choose one of three energy runes. After the player makes their choice, a summon skill and an upgrade to some attribute can be consumed to provide a strategic advantage in the game.

To get the runes again, players can search for them in loot around the map. It is also possible to test runes in the Fun Space of PUGB Mobile.

Fire Rune: With this rune, the player is able to summon a slowly advancing circle of fire. The circle deals damage to nearby enemies. The rune still causes a burn effect for ammo for a short time.

ice rune: This rune provides the upgrade skill that allows the ammo to freeze effect. With the ice rune the player is also able to protect himself by summoning a 3x3 banknote ice wall.

Wind rune: The wind rune allows the player to summon a semi-transparent shield that reduces bullet damage. The rune also provides the upgrade skill that increases the player's speed to move and reduces the cooldown for a short period.

The partnership between PUBG Mobile and Metro Exodus gets even more interesting with a new chapter. In Metro Royale: Honor, players can earn honor points by defeating enemies and collecting their items. Accumulated honor points can be used to unlock special voice packs, clothing and other permanent rewards.

Next Tuesday (19), is the expected date for the arrival of the new season of PUBG Mobile. The seventeenth season of the battle royale will be themed Runic Power and will bring many new features. Updated Royale Pass missions will be available, as will the game receive Activity Pack events and other cosmetic items. The Mortal Blade and the Armored Guardian set are some of the items that will be available.

February will also bring news, with a new mode arriving on the 5th. The EvoGround variant mode will feature advanced tech super armor and events on the Livik map.
