On Tuesday (01) a Sony error made it possible for some Spanish subscribers to download Just Cause 3 for free on PlayStation Plus. In fact, officially, the game should have replaced the shooter Strike Vector EX in the list of free games for the month of August.
Some users managed to download the game, but the surprise was short-lived, Sony didn't take long to identify the error. However, those who managed to validate the game on their accounts during the time it was made available, continue with normal access and gameplay.
Sony's mistake was also made with the American Plus offers, only there the game available was Strike Vector EX. For now, the game can also be played by those who managed to validate their account during the minutes it was made available.
Sony so far has not commented on what happened, although many players have not liked the replacement of Just Cause 3 by Strike Vector EX in the Spanish Plus.
This August, gamers will be able to access games such as individual DLC Assassin's Creed: Freedom Cry, Downwell and Super Motherload for free, for example.
Now, it's up to Sony to better organize its offers in the coming months so that this doesn't happen again. Many players were unhappy with the error, as only a few gamers got free access to Just Cause 3 this past Tuesday afternoon.
