According to Twitter user "AccNgt", Star Wars Eclipse has The Last of Us as one of its inspirations. AccNGT further detailed what Quantic Dream Paris and Quantic Dream Montreal work. It was also said that it will focus on narrative and memorable scenes.
To clarify:
Quantic Dream Paris is working on the creative stuff (motion-capture, narrative, level art...)
Quantic Dream Montreal is working on those aspects: level design, gameplay, multiplayer

It is important to remember that the source is unknown, AccNGT is not a recognized leaker among players. However, it is possible to believe that your information is true due to the fact that the player having talked about Eclipse before it was announced.

Revealed at The Game Awards, Star Wars Eclipse Still no release date and no confirmed platforms, however the announcement trailer is extremely interesting. Developed by Detroit: Become Human's Quantic Dream, the game also features input from Lucasfilm's gaming division.
