Yesterday Sony held the State of Play conference, where several new features were revealed. These include a release date for the Wattam game, a new trailer (and release date) for The Last of Us Part II, and a special edition Playstation 4 PRO console themed after Kojima's Death Stranding game.
Let's go to the most awaited news to be revealed, the trailer and release date of the sequel to The Last of Us. As expected, the trailer left everyone "itching" to "get their hands" on the new Naughty Dog game, where it was shown several scenes with Ellie older (19 years old) facing various obstacles and suffering to survive. During the broadcast we had action scenes in the middle of a city during winter, where Ellie goes out on horseback around the neighborhood and comes across terrifying creatures.
Another interesting news was the announcement of a special edition of the Playstation 4 PRO with art based on the game Death Stranding. The base color of the console is white and it has scattered black hands (something like the drawings found in the caves where primitive man lived). The most interesting thing about this special edition is the control that has the color of the liquid where the baby, which Sam Bridges carries, stays throughout the game's adventure.
The most recent creation of Keiata Takahashi (responsible for Katamari Damacy) is called Wattam, and consists of making friends with other inhabitants of the world, such as trees, stones, flowers, etc. Check out the trailer below:
