    The Division 2: Major Update Delayed to 2022

    O next big update for The Division 2 has been delayed by Ubisoft, with the content release date moving to February 2022. The update promises to bring important changes to the title, including a new game mode.

    Previously announced for late 2021, the update has been delayed so that "the team delivered the best possible quality for this new content", according to Ubisoft's own words.


    Ubisoft also revealed that will publish monthly articles with details about the news that will come to the game, letting fans know about the work that is being carried out by the developers. In addition, it was said that in January 2021 the update will be revealed in full.


    "We remain confident that this content will bring an exciting new experience to our players, and that it will be critical to the future of The Division 2 and the upcoming 2022 updates. That said, to ensure that this content matches our In view of this, we have decided to delay the release of the new season, game mode and associated content to February 2022."

    In addition to working on the major update for The Division 2, Ubisoft is also preparing a new free-to-play title in the franchise, intitulado The Division: Heartland.

    Developed by Red Storm Entertainment, who has previously worked on the two released games in the franchise, Heartland will be set in a new setting, showing a new take on the franchise.



    The title has been confirmed for PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S e PC, scheduled for release sometime between 2021 and 2022.
