    The Division: Heartland Details

for being a title free from a well-known franchise, The Division: Heartland already generates anticipation in several players. Now, new information has emerged to add to the hype and let players know what to expect.

Heartland will be set in a sleepy town in the United States called Silver creek. The game will follow a similar pattern to the other two first games in the franchise, being a third-person shooter with lots of exploration and featuring chests scattered across the map.

The new The Division promises to deliver "franchise's most unpredictable virus contamination", in the words of Taylor Epperly, director who appears in a video leaked on the internet. The title will have survival mechanics.

In this beta period, Ubisoft offered two game modes to players. While "Expedition" is a way PVE focused on collaboration between players, the other mode, called "Storm", puts 45 players in a PVP comparison, but also relying on PVE elements.

The leaked beta videos have already been deleted and Ubisoft will remain vigilant so that new content is not revealed ahead of time.

Developed by Red Storm Entertainment, The Division: Heartland is expected to arrive on consoles and PC between 2021 and 2022.
