There's news in the look! Check out the first trailer for The King of Fighters XV

SNK's famous fighting game series will soon get its new title. The King of Fighters XV will arrive in 2021 and already has its first trailer, which was released yesterday (7), revealing some of the characters that will be present in the game.

On its official YouTube channel, SNK released a video in which it is possible to see characters such as Kyo, Mai, Benimaru, Leona, K' and Shun'ei. The trailer is short and doesn't reveal much about the upcoming title, but players can get to know the visual style of the new game.

SNK also released a video talking more about the new The King of Fighters, revealing a little bit about the gameplay. According to Eisuke Ogura, creative director, the focus is to maintain the fast pace of the franchise, but also to add new elements that will make the fights even more exciting.

According to Ogura, compared to the development of The King of Fighters XIV, the team can now deliver more interesting results in terms of sound and visuals, so there is work to refine every aspect. The director also said that some obstacles may arise, but the plan is that the project is ready to be launched this year.

Another interesting news about the game that will arrive soon will be a promotional animation directed by Masami Obari, the director of the Fatal Fury animations that came out in the 90s.

Additionally, Eisuke Ogura revealed that another trailer for The King of Fighters XV is in the works. The content should be released next week.

Samurai Shodown Season 3 Pass

SNK also announced that the Samurai Shodown Season 3 Pass will launch in March. At approximately the middle of the third month of the year, the new pass will feature the famous Cham Cham.
