    Title to unify franchise games

While no new games have been announced by Crystal Dynamics, Will Kerslake, director in charge, has made some interesting revelations about a possible upcoming title.

According to Kerslake, the developer already has something in mind for the next release. Crystal Dynamics wants to "work to unite" the timelines of the reboot trilogy and the original games, which were developed by Core Design. While previous titles featured a seasoned Lara, the recent trilogy has shown the character's development to become the famous Tomb Raider. Now, apparently, the idea is to take the best elements of each game and join the timelines in a title that will take into account the entire franchise.

    Anime na Netflix

On Wednesday (27), Netflix announced that it will make a Tomb Raider anime. According to information from the Hollywood Reporter, the animation will be set after the events of the Crystal Dynamics trilogy and will have no connection with the last film starring Alicia Vikander.

The Tomb Raider adaptation will be written by Tasha Huo, who is also involved with The Witcher: Blood Origin, which in turn is a spin-off of the Geralt of Rivia series. Tasha Huo will also executive produce the Lara Croft anime.

In addition, Netflix also announced the Skull Island anime, set after the movie Kong: Skull Island and before Godzilla vs Kong, a title that has created a "war" on the internet in recent days. Brian Duffield will serve as the anime's writer and executive producer. Powerhouse Animation Studios, which is responsible for Netflix's Castlevania, is working on the new adaptation focused on King Kong.
