Last Thursday (25) Google introduced a new app, called Bulletin, the app is focused on "hyperlocal" news and allows users to contribute information about the fact.
The app works in such a way that any user who witnesses a fact can report it in text, following it with images and videos. Those who also have information about the report can add it to the news, in real time, working with a kind of "bid by bid".
Google's initiative seeks to provide a kind of platform for residents and even journalists, who cover more isolated regions and which receive little coverage, to disclose and record facts that occurred in the localities. The links created by Bulletin will appear in surveys and social networks, as well as very easy ways to share. The service is light and easy to use, allowing anyone to produce content without problems.
Traffic accidents, floods, fires, robberies and positive happenings such as events will be the publications that will receive the most attention.
