This week, Claro operator (NET) announced a new internet plan (fixed or mobile) aimed at the gamer market. Called "Claro Gaming", the platform created promises several benefits for the demanding audience that plays and doesn't want to risk having a slow connection or crashes during their matches in online games.
The new service promises lower latency through the use of NoPing software that optimizes routes to game servers (learn what ping is here), "cutting" the path so you don't go through more distant servers to your game. This is possible due to the use of NoPing servers around the world.
Another point is that the plan user has at his disposal a specialized and exclusive team, which is specially trained to understand the scope of connection in games, 24 hours a day via chat, email and telephone. In addition, according to the company, there is a technical team to keep the network infrastructure running 24/7.
- Minimum and recommended requirements to run Fortnite on PC in 2022
- Minimum requirements to play PUBG on PC
But the plan's advantages don't stop there, Claro will still offer priority access for the purchase of tickets to major gaming tournament events (e-Sports). There is also the chance to participate in exclusive championships to test your gaming skills.
However, will the customer benefit from the games? The answer is yes! The gamer plan user will be able to earn special discounts on peripherals, games, subscriptions and collectibles for their favorite games and teams. It will also be possible to win skins and accessories from some games that Claro has partnered with (Fortnite, Rainbow Six Siege and Counter Strike CS:GO)
So far, Claro has partnerships with the following companies: SL, Acer, PUBG, GamersClub, Ubisoft, Razer, No Ping, Nuuvem, and Fallen Store.
