Crusaders Kings III coming to consoles! After the game was rated for Xbox and PlayStation, official confirmation came at Gamescom 2021. The title will be released for PlayStation 5 e Xbox Series X/S.

Still without a release date revealed, the game should arrive "coming soon" on new platforms. Extremely well rated by critics, Crusaders Kings III will come to consoles as an excellent strategy game.

According to the developer, the console version of Crusader Kings III will not be just a simple port. The title will be adapted, with its mechanics and gameplay fitting the platforms in question.

A special trailer for the console version was revealed, showing more details of the title and highlighting its features.

On the official website, the developer stated that the game will feature fast loading due to console SSDs. In the case of the PlayStation 5, it was also revealed that Crusader Kings III will support DualSense technologies, allowing players to feel the mechanics with the tactile response of the accessory.

In addition, the developer also described some details of the game.

• Character-focused gameplay: each character you play or interact with has its own personality. The events and options in the game are largely determined by the type of person you are.

• Endless possibilities: play as any noble house, from Iceland to India, from Finland to Central Africa, over five centuries. Interact with traveling guests, stubborn children, devious spies and holy men in an elaborate tapestry of medieval life.

• At war: Gather your vassals and raise your men-at-arms to besiege enemy castles or put down rebellions. Personal prowess on the battlefield can earn you great honors, but strategic planning is the path to victory.

• Royal weddings: spread your dynastic DNA across the world, stamping your royal seal on the crests of kingdoms and duchies everywhere. Marry for power and raise children to claim new lands.

• Saints and Sinners: keep the faith with your religious leaders or commit major crimes in the interest of the state. When the going gets tough, you can always embrace a heresy or create a new religion more in line with your character's priorities.
