Cryptic Studios presents game based on Magic: The Gathering during The Game Awards, Magic: Legends

During The Game Awards, the game Magic: Legends was announced by the studio Cryptic Studios in conjunction with Perfect World Entertainment. As you might already imagine, the title was created based on the card game Magic: The Gathering, famous in the world for years. The RPG genre game takes place in environments based on the arts of Magic cards and the intention, according to the developer, is to create an immersion in the fictional multiverses of the game created by Richard Garfield.

Magic was created in 1993 and was the first collectible card game produced and continued to the present day. The game is turn-based, where each player makes his move and passes the turn, but it requires a lot of strategy and patience to assemble a good deck (set of cards) to obtain victory. The work has even won championships such as the Pro Tour, where the prizes add up to a total of US$230, with US$40 for the winner.

Perfect World Entertainment CEO says:

According to the developer, more information will be available in January 2020. For now, it is only known that Magic: Legends will be released for Playstation 4, Xbox One and PC platforms.
