Last month, a famous North American dentist named Eric Naierman, carried out the purchase of a collection of extremely rare titles. The pack has about 40 games and features factory-sealed titles and exclusive games. Among the purchased media, there were the first editions of Mario Bros., the only existing sealed editions of Golf, and the only sealed editions of Ballon Fight and Gumshoe.

The deal was made between Eric and three game collectors and they spent 52 years making group purchases for the collection. If we consider that the NES console was released in 1983, that's 18 more years than the trio spent collecting traded games. The highest price charged for a single game in the collection was the Mario Bros. game, priced at approximately $100.

According to Eric, he ended up being disappointed with his baseball card collection. He wanted a collection that would be considered one of the best in the world.
