E3 2021 is coming! After a year without the traditional event, due to the Covid-19 pandemic, players will once again be able to follow the news of the industry during days that are sure to excite any video game fan.
Held solely online, E3 2021 will happen in an adapted way, since the world still needs all the care to protect itself from the pandemic that started at the end of 2019.
As the edition will have a different format, ESA decided to prepare a special application that will allow the public to fully enjoy the event.

Portal e App online
Especially for this E3 2021, ESA created an exclusive app for the event's virtual visitors. In this application, the public will be able to follow events, live broadcasts and even virtual "booths".
In addition, each visitor will be able to create their own custom profile, including using avatars. Fans will still have forums to discuss the contents of the event.
For the public, the app/portal will be available from the day June 12. Members of the press will be able to access the app from the day 7 of the same month.

- Profile creation: Any visitor will be able to create their own profile on the portal and in the app, with the option of personalization.
- Leaderboards: Features will have elements that can be displayed once collected. With this, ESA wants to encourage the public to interact in different ways.
- Lounge: The virtual event will have online meeting points for all participants.
- Forums: Fans will be able to access forums to discuss event news and share content.
- Exhibitor stands: The booths will broadcast the big news from E3, including conferences, special events and articles.

For the press, the app will serve to facilitate the monitoring of the event. Professionals will be able to schedule their appointments, including access to videoconferencing and chat.
