As soon as Fall Guys: Ultimate Knockout was released, PS Plus subscribers got the game for free due to the game selection for the month of August on Sony's gaming platform. Since then, the title has been so successful that it has become the most downloaded title of all time on Playstation Plus.

Developed by indie studio Mediatonic, Fall Guys: Ultimate Knockout was released on August 4th and reached 1,5 million unique players in the first 24 hours after its debut. The colorful game has recently received positive reviews causing a huge initial wave of players interested in trying out the game. As if that wasn't enough, the title is still "free" for Playstation Plus subscribers this August.
Fall Guys: Ultimate Knockout was not only successful on Playstation Plus, but also on live streams on the Twitch platform, gaining the attention of many streamers. At the same time, Fall Guys topped sales on Valve's PC game store Steam, where it currently ranks as the fourth most played title on the platform with over 165 players.
According to an infographic revealed by Sony in June, the five Playstation Plus games for April 2020 were Call of Duty: Modern Warfare Remastered, Shadow of the Colossus, Call of Duty: Black Ops 3, Destiny 2, and Sonic Forces.
Even with everything going well, Mediatonic doesn't waste time and according to a tweet by Geoff Keighley, the second season of Fall Guys will be revealed today, during Gamescom.
