Free, Heavy Metal Machines Coming to Consoles Next Week

Spanish developer Hoplon Infotainment will release Heavy Metal Machines for PlayStation 4 and Xbox One on February 23, and PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X/S will also receive the free MOBA through backwards compatibility.

Launched in 2018 for PC, the game that came out of Spain conquered the world and now wants to expand its success even more, with the arrival on consoles. Heavy Metal Machines is a title that puts players in a 4v4 confrontation, while each one controls a powerful vehicle packed with weapons. The game offers electrifying matches that last about 8 minutes, with a lot of adrenaline.

"Heavy Metal Machines is a free-to-play online game where you team up with three players against four others in exciting matches that last an average of eight minutes. You'll be in control of deadly vehicles with incredible weapons in order to fight for a bomb and take it three times to the enemy base to be declared the big winner. The battles take place in post-apocalyptic arenas full of challenges and obstacles to the sound of a lot of Heavy Metal!"

Cross-Platform

Starting to be available for PC, PlayStation 4, Xbox One and also for the next generation consoles, Heavy Metal Machines will have a much larger player base and this will be taken advantage of, allowing it to be possible to play alongside users from other platforms.

With ranked games that will be available at specific times and even international events, players will be able to enjoy the title without the lock between consoles and PC thanks to cross-platform.
