The world of video games has three dominant platforms, that is, Xbox One, Switch and PlayStation 4. However, with their success, many companies are already watching and intend to ride the wave, like Google. According to recent rumors, interest in games has already been worked on, and is being focused on three strands.
The first one is the creation of a streaming platform. The second is the development of specific hardware. The third is to bring in game developers. The information was passed on by five people related to the matter to the Kotaku website.
Google has been trying to break into the industry since 2014, when rumors said the search giant would buy the streaming platform Twitch. But in the end, Amazon ended up closing the deal with the service in a $970 million deal.
The company, in 2016, which was a Google startup until 2015, called Niantic, revealed Pokémon Go, which ended up becoming a fever worldwide.

The hardware used by Google, according to rumors, should have tight integration with Yet. Regarding the values, it is still too early to mention anything, however, it may be that the company chooses to use streaming, so the final value of the product may not be so high.
It is worth mentioning that, in January of this year, Google hired Phil Harrison, a strong name in the gaming world. He has previously worked at Sony and Microsoft in roles related to PlayStation and Xbox.
Now, we just have to wait and see what Google is preparing for its audience.
