Last Monday (7), the blog of the largest search company announced the arrival of Google Play Pass in Spain, a subscription service for apps and games for Android. The platform finally arrives on Spanish soil, which is more than a year after its launch in the United States. In addition to Spain, the service also arrives in Chile, Colombia, Mexico and Peru.

The collection of applications and games has a list of 650 titles, and the value of the plan is very affordable, costing only R$ 9,90 per month or R$ 89,99 in the annual payment. This collection includes advanced level applications such as the "Photo Studio Pro" image editor and the "Tunable" audio editor. Hit games are also included, such as "Stardew Valley", "This War of Mine" and "Limbo".

Those who purchase a subscription to the service will be able to use all available applications and games without any advertisements or extra purchases. If you want to test the service, Google provides a period of 10 days to use the platform completely free of charge, after which you can choose a payment method and continue with the subscription, or simply cancel.

How to access the service and other news

According to the company, the service will be available in a new tab that can be accessed within the Play Store (at the time of preparing this post, the tab was not yet available). In addition, when you browse the Google app store, you will soon be able to identify which apps and games are included in the Play Pass subscription, thanks to a service tag that will be inserted into the platform's apps and games.

Another novelty is that the subscription can be shared with up to five people from the same family, just as the Google Play Family Library already works.

Google Play Pass is a service that comes to compete with its rival Apple Arcade. Both platforms have almost the same way of use, but with some fundamental differences, and one of them is that Google's platform has titles that are not part of the exclusive investment of its production studios. Apple, on the other hand, offers a service limited to games that are of its own creation or investment.
