Google Street View Now Shows Disney Parks

Another novelty for those who like to know different places without leaving home. Google has included maps of several Disney parks in Street View. In this way, those who have never traveled to the park can get a sense of what Mickey's land really is like. In total, there are 11 theme parks at Walt Disney World, in Orlando, and also at Disneyland, in California.

The revelation was made this Tuesday (06) on Google's official blog. With this, Internet users will be able to visit the parks of the Avatar films, Guardians of the Galaxy and also the Magic Kingdom.

In recent years, Street View has received many 360-degree maps, including museums, space station, and even cemeteries. Disney is one of the most visited places in the world, for this reason it could not be left out.

To capture the images, Google uses a 360° camera to take the photos. Indoors, images are taken using a device named Trekker. The Trekker is nothing more than a backpack with a sphere-shaped camera that has about 15 lenses.

Here are some Disney maps that can be seen in Street View:

      • Pandora the world of Avatar
      • Epcot
      • Epcot, Morocco
      • Magic Kingdom
      • Disney springs
      • California Adventures
      • Guardians of the Galaxy
      • Mickey and Minnie’s houses
