Hideo Kojima and his studio, Kojima Productions, have been dropping hints for a long time that there is a new game project in the works. The biggest test of all took place at the end of June this year, when Kojima posted photos on his Twitter with a drawing of a spaceship and very suggestive objects (check out the details here). Now the studio's official profile revealed this morning that he is indeed working on a new project and is looking for people to join his team in Tokyo.

On the page indicated by the post on Twitter, there are more than 25 positions with very different functions, ranging from writers to project managers. The job descriptions have few details about what is needed, but they do provide some information to give you a sense of what the studio wants. For example, in the role of network programmer, there is talk that the project will feature a certain degree of online or multiplayer gameplay.
There are also functions such as 3D weapon modeling, where the person will have to create various items, including "mechas" (robots). In all positions there is a minimum requirement to be fluent in Japanese, showing that Kojima does not want to move his office to some country abroad anytime soon.
What's next?
From the clues given so far, it is believed that Hideo Kojima is starting the project that will follow the title Death Stranding. Midway through the year, as stated above, the Japanese game developer was in the midst of a creation process and posted some pictures to tease fans.
