Apparently, Konami is ready for the release of new premium games. The information comes from the website VGC (videogameschronicle), where it is said that the studio is developing new sequels and remakes of its biggest franchises, such as Metal Gear and Castlevania.
Unfortunately Konami has significantly reduced its game production in recent years. To give you an idea, the last Metal Gear title was Survive, released in 2018, while Castlevania's most recent sequel is Lord of Shadow 2, which debuted in 2014.

According to anonymous sources on the VGC website, there will be a new Castlevania game described as a "reimagining" of the series. According to the information, the title is already in development at Konami Japan in partnership with local studios.
According to information obtained by VGC, a remake of Metal Gear Solid (MGS) is being developed. Previously, it was believed that the Bluepoint studio, recently purchased by Sony, would be involved with the new title. However, according to VideoGamesChronicle's sources, the MGS remaster is being worked on by a studio called Virtuos.
The new MGS project is believed to revolve around the franchise's favorite title, Metal Gear Solid 3: Snake Eater, rather than the first Metal Gear Solid. However, Konami is also believed to have plans to release remasters of the original MGS games for more modern consoles.
Lastly, we've had potential leaks about the development of several titles related to Silent Hill. According to the information, the games are being developed by external studios. One of the projects involving the franchise, according to information from VGC, was outsourced to the prominent Japanese developer in early 2021.
